Le Patio by Lou Caléou 13/20 Now divided into two parts, a bistro, a gastro, this flagship establishment in the city is doing well. With Guillaume, Fabien and Amandine as conductors, it is a refined and full of flavors cuisine that is offered at the Patio, in a contemporary stone setting with very comfortable armchairs. A good marinated tuna fillet, such as a tataki, pineapple tomato jam, wasabi ice cream, a section of roasted monkfish, coral lentils like a risotto, Asian flavor sauce, beautiful cooking and pleasant overall in the mouth, before lemon verbena peach gratin, homemade sorbet. Young, dynamic and well-supervised service, regional cellar that should perhaps be reinforced, in particular with an obvious choice of wines by the glass.
This address has it all: fast service, friendly staff and excellent food! This is a Sommièrois meeting not to be missed, especially if you have something to celebrate. The presentation is finely executed and sublimates an already good dish in all respects, the flavors intertwine for a plate full of taste and the palate of customers has no trouble finding satisfaction. A la carte: andouillette salad, house terrine, beef tenderloin, cod ... The chef knows his craft and matches the flavors to perfection. We do not hesitate to come for lunch to test the formula, it is a treat and is more affordable than the evening menus. One of the best restaurants in Sommières!
